Non Profit Renovation

Doing work for a non-profit forces us to be very conscious of budget constraints, and this project was no different. We have previously worked with several architects on the Six Points Innovation Center Board of Directors and agreed to take on this project at cost. One of the first challenges was solving a leaky water main that had been disturbing their building slab for years. A new main was added to solve the issue. Custom lighting and the introduction of bright and whimsical colors brought light and life to what began as a drab, dilapidated industrial space – a bit of innovation for an innovative group at a conservatively low budget.
